In which half of the cycle is it best to start taking the capsules?

This way you can start taking them as a precaution for the next cycle and perhaps feel the first relief in the week before your next period starts.

Do the capsules have to be taken continuously?

Dietary supplements are primarily intended to compensate for acute deficiency symptoms or to stimulate the self-regulation of a body whose function is out of balance. We recommend initially taking a course of 3 months without interruption. If you feel that the desired support is diminishing, you can take a 4 to 6-week break and start the next pack if necessary.

How long does it take for it to help?

Unfortunately, there is no general answer to this question, as every woman's body reacts differently. In general, however, it sometimes takes a while for concentrated vital substances to be optimally absorbed and utilized - so give your body time to get used to it.

From what age is PMS suitable?

In principle, it can be taken as soon as your period has started and PMS symptoms appear. Does Pure Ella PMS have an effect on the contraceptive pill?

There is no data that Pure Ella PMS and the contraceptive pill have a negative effect on each other. It is generally advisable to consult your gynecologist before taking hormone-influencing medication.

Does it make you put on weight?

Can side effects occur?
