MIGRA KOMPLEX Kapseln
Is your head causing you stress? Like a thunderstorm in your head, sometimes sudden, sometimes gradual ... If more than just a "little headache" restricts your everyday life, it can be a real challenge in the long term. Many sufferers describe an increased sensitivity to light (photophobia) and sound (phonophobia). Visual disturbances with flickering lights or zigzag lines can also occur - technically known as anaura1. The causes have not been conclusively clarified, but are often associated with the nervous system.2,3,4 Researchers assume that various processes in the brain are out of sync - like an orchestra in which everyone is suddenly playing out of sync. A drop in serotonin levels in the brain (serotonin is a neurotransmitter), which can lead to inflammatory dilation of the blood vessels, is also being discussed as a cause. Possible immediate triggers are Stress - emotional or physical pressure throws the nervous system out of balance Hormone fluctuations - especially in women around their period or during the menopause (keyword "oestrogen levels")5 Lack of sleep or an irregular sleep rhythm Certain foods - such as red wine, cheese or chocolate Changes in the weather or bright light - sensitive head, strong reaction MIGRA KOMPLEX from Vitactiv, the natural 5-in-1 formula MIGRA KOMPLEX combines valuable extracts of feverfew flowers and ginger root with magnesium, vitamin B2 and coenzyme Q10. Find out more about the ingredients in the following sections ... Feverfew: love for the stressed head Feverfew sounds a bit like grandmother's herb garden - and in fact it has a long tradition that goes far, far beyond grandmother's time. The Greek physician and pharmacologist Dioscorides already mentioned the herb in his De Materia Medica from the 1st century AD. And it is very likely that the medieval abbess Hildegard von Bingen also described the plant in her herbology in the 12th century - albeit without mentioning it directly by name. At the center of interest: the parthenolide Tanacetum parthenium - the botanical name for feverfew - is an aromatic, fragrant plant with white flowers and a yellow center that looks a bit like wild chamomile. What makes it special is a specific ingredient: parthenolide. This bitter plant substance has it all - because the plant produces it to protect itself against predators. It also attracts attention in research. There it is being investigated with regard to a possible relaxing effect on the blood vessels in the head*. MIGRA KOMPLEX from Vitactiv contains highly concentrated feverfew flower extract standardized to a very high parthenolide content of 0.8 percent. Many other suppliers only have a content of around 0.2 percent. Ginger, the traditional tuber from the Far East Ginger originally comes from South East Asia and is now cultivated in many tropical regions of the world. The most valuable part of ginger is the rhizome, i.e. the ginger root, which grows underground. Its use can be traced back to ancient China and India - a tradition that is still alive today, e.g. in the Indian natural science of Ayurveda. The most valuable substance is gingerol Ginger root contains numerous nutrients - including gingerol, which is considered the most important bioactive ingredient in ginger. Gingerol belongs to the group of secondary plant substances known as phenols and is also responsible for the typical pungent taste of ginger. But gingerol can do even more - and is therefore the subject of many scientific studies. MIGRA KOMPLEX contains 200 mg of highly concentrated ginger extract with standardized 5 percent gingerol per daily dose (equivalent to 10 mg per daily intake). Magnesium and riboflavin - a powerful duo for nerves and energy If certain areas of the brain, especially the brain stem and cerebral cortex, show increased excitability, this can lead to everyday stimuli - such as light, sounds or smells - being perceived excessively. But what causes this hyperexcitability? Research assumes that imbalances in energy production - particularly in the mitochondria, the "power plants of the cells" - lead to this hypersensitivity of the nerve cells. The brain is then unable to supply enough energy in response to stimuli, including stress or hormonal fluctuations during menstruation or the menopause, and "overheats", so to speak. MIGRA KOMPLEX combines magnesium and riboflavin The mineral magnesium and riboflavin - also known as vitamin B2 - both contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and energy metabolism.* They can therefore help to keep the processing of stimuli in balance. In MIGRA KOMPLEX we use high-quality magnesium bisglycinate, which can be optimally absorbed and utilized by your body. It is also very gentle on the stomach. The riboflavin is present as bioactive sodium riboflavin 5'-phosphate (R5P-Na for short), which no longer has to undergo any conversion processes after ingestion and is directly available to the body. Coenzyme Q10 turns the duo into a trio Coenzyme Q10, also known as ubiquinone, is a nutrient that our body can produce itself - primarily in the liver, but also in the kidneys, pancreas and heart. The combination of Q10, magnesium and riboflavin in particular is being discussed as very promising. This is shown by a placebo-controlled double-blind study in which 130 migraine sufferers between the ages of 18 and 65 took part.6 The supplementation of Q10, magnesium and vitamin B2 led to the following results in the study: "The number of migraine days per month decreased" "The intensity of migraine pain was significantly reduced in the supplement group compared to the placebo group" Our Migra capsules contain plant-based coenzyme Q10 and are therefore also suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets.

Assorbimento e produzione nell'organismo
